1. To begin, make sure you fill out the Employee Application. You may want to file this away with your records as well for safe keeping.
2. Next, fill out the following forms and and fax them to 954-208-7774 (along with the Employee Application you just filled out, and a copy of your Driver’s License, Social Security Card, and Current Medical Card):
   • Previous Employment Authorization
   • Employment Eligibility I-9 Form
   • Background/ Drug Authorization
3. Once you have completed all the appropriate forms and sent them over with your identification and other necessary documents, contact us and let us know you are interested in working with Fast Recruiting, INC.
4. After we speak with you, you will have to call and schedule your Drug Test with EWR MEDPORT, located at: 340 AIRIS DRIVE STE 203, NEWARK NJ 973-877-0991
